Objective
To develop my skill set and interest in good governance, which is an integral part of rural development.
To understand whole concept of the state craft of Local governments and governance in action.
To analyze, understand the gaps in a chosen village and accordingly make suggestions, recommendations and action plan to fill those gaps aiming towards the particular village development.
To help me to put my education into practice, and enhance my leadership skills.
Conclusion
The structure and details of the village shows the condition of the village and the standard of living of people and their lifestyle. Such village profiles can be used to understand and analyse the conditions and accordingly find the obstacles, gaps in the development, and further make plans and strategies in order to fill those gaps and develop the village with the aid of Gram Panchayat.
